IKK takes the issue of profit distribution to shareholders very seriously. While retaining necessary earnings for future business growth and for the strengthening of the management structure, IKK’s policy is to distribute dividends according to its management performance. Our basic policy is to distribute any surplus dividends once annually at the close of the term, while decisions regarding dividends are made by the general meeting of shareholders.

In accordance with Article 454.5 of the Companies Act, IKK’s articles of incorporation state that the Board of Directors may decide to issue interim dividends.
