The Group (the Company and its affiliates) comprises the Company (IKK Holdings Inc.) and seven subsidiaries, and is in the business of weddings, nursing care, food business, financial services, photography business and matrimoial business.
A description of the Group’s business in each segment follows.

 

IKK offer services centered on urban areas in regions (Kyushu, Hokuriku, Tohoku, Sikoku･Chugoku, etc.,) listed below. Specifically, through our Wedding Producers(1), Wedding Planners(2), Dress Coordinators(3), Chefs(4), and photographers(5) we provide personalized weddings by working individually with customers to develop a relationship of trust that allows us to identify their particular wedding and reception needs and style　like small-group weddings, LGBT and so on . On the day of the wedding and reception, members of our Cuisine Department(6) and Service Department join as well to provide the bride, groom, and their families and guests with a wedding and reception that will move their hearts. From initial consultation through the day of the wedding and reception, our organization works as one to support the bride, groom, and their families and guests to ensure them a highly original wedding and reception experience.

(1)	Staff that assists with wedding and reception-related planning, advice, and promotional activities to attract new customers.
(2)	Staff that engages in the actual planning and execution of weddings and receptions.
(3)	Staff that provides advice on wedding attire.
(4)	Chefs responsible for providing advice on wedding cuisine.
(5)	Staff that take photographs at weddings.
(6)	Our Cuisine Department puts health and safety first. In August 2009, we were certified at our Fukuoka branch under ISO22000,  the international standard for food safety management.

IKK Inc.

I Care Inc. was newly established on December 3, 2012.
I Care operates three private nursing homes and provides nursing care and other services, in Imari City, Saga City, and Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture.

The Food Business Dept., established in October 2019,was reorganized Meitokuan as a new subsidiary in  October 2 2020.

Based on the cuisine development capabilities that IKK has to date, we plan to deliver our in-house developed products, concentrating mainly on wedding gifts and sweets, to a wide range of customers through e-commerce sites and wholesale sales distribution channels.

Ambihone Inc. was newly established on Nobember, 2021.

The photograpy business targets photo-only weddings, commemorative photos and other sources of demand for professional photographers.

It will deliver the precious memories of familys to the future by operating photo stores with photo booths and other facilities with award-winning photographers and skills involving apparel for special occations.

 

LALA COUER Inc. was newly established on Nobember, 2021.

Create opportunities for meeting and providde good matchmaking services for people who are seriously thinking about marriage.

Service are provided by marriage concierges at locations throughout Japan.
